Shared information on formatting Works Cited entries, resources available through the Research Paper Unit materials online (EasyBib link, link to library, etc.)

Students searched databases for resources on their topics for their preliminary Works Cited (due Monday).

Groups began work on Campfire Quiz: reminded everyone to be sure to answer EVERY sub question for the listed line numbers, with 1--2 sentences each. There can be three or four questions per line number, so be careful!

Read 3.1 (472--477).
Discussed meaning of the scene.
Discussed questions in the text on lines 35 (including the question of why he asks), 42, 63, and 140.
Began composing individual answers; will complete as homework.  (If time, groups will have a chance to compare answers on Friday after the Master Vocabulary Test).

Campfire Quizzes will be collected on TUESDAY, including from students absent today.
